Attract the talents

POTEZ AÉRONAUTIQUE has an innovative approach to recruiting the best talents. The concept is to obtain résumés by offering to sponsor sports clubs in exchange for profiles.

Club sponsoring

This initiative was announced by Antoine Potez, Group CEO, on December 9 during the Stade Montois Omnisports partner evening. It was during the workshops that Mr Potez unveiled his unique strategy: not to seek those visible in the field, but simply to secure nominations of candidates from the clubs. The further candidates go in the recruitment process, the bigger the donation to the club !
