Our three-stage recruitment process:

• Find out all about the job through a three-month placement known as POEC – in partnership with the local employment office;
• Sign a 12-month contract to reach a professional standard. Training and workshop experience leading to a CQP qualification for aircraft fitter-assembler (recognized by the RNCP);
• Secure a steady, skilled job!
