Welcoming Students from Gaston Crampe High School to Our Seville Site

At POTEZ AÉRONAUTIQUE, we firmly believe in the importance of building bridges between the educational world and the professional environment, especially internationally. In this spirit, we had the pleasure of opening the doors of our Seville site to a group of 10 students from Gaston Crampe High School, accompanied by 4 teachers, for a unique immersion into the heart of our aerospace expertise.

A Program Rich in Learning and Discovery

During this visit, the students benefited from a structured program designed to help them better understand careers in aerospace and envision themselves in a real-world work environment.

• Human Resources Presentation Students learned about our company’s fundamental values and essential industrial safety rules, a key aspect in our sector.
• Professional Interventions Our experts from the quality, methods, production control, verification, and logistics departments shared their knowledge, daily routines, and experiences, offering a comprehensive overview of the different manufacturing stages in aerospace.
• Language Training Working internationally requires adapted language skills. The students received an Spanish language session, allowing them to better understand the challenges of a multicultural professional environment.
• Hands-on Workshops Within our workshops, students were able to attend demonstrations and observe the techniques of our professionals, particularly in the field of fitting and assembly, a key trade in aerospace assembly.

An Enriching and Formative Experience

This immersion offered the students a true field experience, allowing them to better understand the challenges of the aerospace sector and spark their curiosity for industrial professions. More than just a visit, this exchange reinforced our desire to share our expertise and foster the professional integration of young talents.
