Potez Composites Participates in National CQPM Standard Revision Project

We are delighted to announce our teams’ involvement in a major project by the Union des Industries et Métiers de la Métallurgie (UIMM): the review of the national standard for CQPM 007 High-Performance Composite Materials Operator. This project aims to define the skills, activities, and work environment for trainees preparing for the Certificat de Qualification Paritaire de la Métallurgie (CQPM).

Our team leaders, Chantal Arnoult, Nicolas Cammarata, and Philippe Gaffet, contributed their expertise and commitment to this project. Their essential contribution helped share their experience and ensure that the standard remains at the forefront of industry requirements.

This project is a concrete illustration of Potez Composites’ commitment to continuous training and knowledge transfer. We firmly believe in the importance of developing skills and training new talents to ensure the future of our industry. By participating in this project, we demonstrate our desire to support and strengthen skills in the composite materials sector.

A Continuous Commitment to Excellence

At Potez Composites, we are convinced that the future of the aerospace industry relies on the training and skill development of its professionals. Our participation in the revision of the CQPM standard is further proof of our commitment to staying at the forefront of innovation and industrial excellence.

We extend our warm thanks to Chantal Arnoult, Nicolas Cammarata, and Philippe Gaffet for their dedication and hard work on this project. Thanks to their efforts, we are actively contributing to establishing high training standards that will benefit the entire sector.

Towards a Promising Future

The CQPM standard is a crucial document that outlines the prerequisites, expected competencies, activities, and work environment for trainees preparing for the Certificat de Qualification Paritaire de la Métallurgie. Our involvement in this project underscores our commitment to ensuring that tomorrow’s professionals are well-prepared and qualified to meet the challenges of the aerospace industry.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this project. Together, we continue to build a stronger and more skilled aerospace industry.
